Your personal data will be processed by Irish Society for Christian Civilisation (ISFCC), a registered charity: CHY 20680 / CRA 20082277 (data controller) for the purpose of: a/ maintaining contact with ISFCC in relation to its statutory goals, in particular by informing about organised social events and possibilities of supporting the activities of ISFCC; processing of your personal data for the above mentioned purpose is based on legally justified interests pursued by ISFCC in accordance with Art 6.1f Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27th April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR).
You have the right to access, rectify, delete or limit processing of your data. You also have the right to object to processing your data, as well as the right to transfer your data. The given personal data can be processed in an automated way, including in the form of profiling. However, decisions in relation to the processing of personal data of any single individual will never be automated. Your personal data will be stored by default for an indefinite period of time. However if you request it to be removed, it will be deleted immediately. In cases where we are legally required to store it for a longer period, it will be deleted as soon as the legal requirement ceases.
