1. Personal data provided by individuals in connection with the use of the website operating at tfp.ie (hereinafter referred to as "Website") are processed by Irish Society for Christian Civilisation (ISFCC), a registered charity (Charity Number / Revenue: CHY 20680; Registered Charity Number / CRA: 20082277) (hereinafter: "Administrator").
2. This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data of individuals who use the Website, and in particular individuals who make a one-time or multiple visits to the Website.
3. Personal data of persons using the Website, are processed by the Administrator for the following purposes:
- 3.1. adapting the Website to the needs of the Website users,
- 3.2. possible pursuit of claims,
- 3.3. inquiry in case of an unauthorised use of electronic services,
- 3.4. analysing statistics of visits on the Website,
- 3.5. conducting social campaigns, which our Website users can voluntarily join.
4. Every Website user has the right to access, correct, rectify, delete or limit processing of his/her personal data. Any requests in relation to these matters can be submitted to the Administrator's postal address: ISFCC, P.O. Box 9701, Swords, Co. Dublin, or by email: isfcc@isfcc.org . In the event of deletion of data that are necessary for a possible use of separate resources of the Website and services offered within its scope, the person using the Website loses the ability to use them.
5. If the person using the Website places any personal data of other people on the Website (including their name, address, telephone number or e-mail address), they can do so only if they do not violate applicable law and personal rights of such persons.

The Administrator reserves the right to disclose selected information about a person using the Website to competent authorities or third parties who submit a request for such information, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with the applicable law. Except in the cases referred to in the preceding sentence, information regarding the person using the Website will not be disclosed to any third party without the consent of that person.

The administrator uses all necessary security for servers, connections and the Website to protect data, in particular anti-virus and anti-burglar security of the server storing data.
8. Actions taken by the Administrator may turn out to be insufficient if the person using the Website does not comply with the security rules.
